The purpose of this policy is to describe how MOKILIX SAS (hereinafter “MOKILIX”) collects, uses, protects and shares the personal data of visitors to and clients of the mokilix.com site and associated services.

This policy falls within the framework of:

• Law No. 29-2019 of 10 October 2019 on the protection of personal data in the Republic of the Congo
• Law No. 5-2025 of 29 March 2025 establishing the Commission Nationale de Protection des Données personnelles (CNPD, National Personal Data Protection Commission)

MOKILIX collects the following data:

• Form data: surname, first name, organisation, position, business email, telephone, free-text message — entered voluntarily via the contact forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, length of visit, referral source — collected automatically for statistical purposes.

• Handle sales follow-up and customer relations

The mokilix.com site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers are located outside Congolese territory (United States and Europe). This transfer is governed by the standard contractual safeguards offered by Vercel (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance).

For sensitive projects, we offer optional sovereign hosting on local African infrastructure.

In accordance with Law 29-2019, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data
• Right to restriction: temporarily freeze a processing operation
• Right to object: refuse a processing operation (unless there is an overriding legal basis)
• Right to data portability: retrieve your data in a reusable format

These rights are exercised by email to contact@mokilix.com, with proof of identity. Response within 30 days at most.

The mokilix.com site uses the following cookies:

• Essential technical cookies: necessary for the site to function (session, language preferences). No consent required.
• Audience measurement cookies: anonymised statistics to improve the site. Consent obtained on first visit.
