The MOKILIX business offer

Training that knows your field.

Your organisation has its own tools, responsibilities and ways of working. Training must adapt to them to become useful day to day.

Four young professionals around a round table and a computer
  1. YOUR PROCESSES

Real work as the starting point.

A worksite report, a cash-flow summary or a request for a quote: the workshops start from the tasks your teams actually face.

  2. YOUR EMPLOYEES

    Progress adapted to roles.

A common foundation, then activities by position. Each employee progresses at their own pace in their organisation’s space.

  3. YOUR REQUIREMENTS

    Quality before speed.

The learning paths specify the authorised data, checkpoints, limits and the results to be assessed.

How we build your programme

Personalisation begins before the first lesson.

  1. The discovery conversation

You describe your work, the positions concerned and your day-to-day difficulties.

  2. The needs analysis

We specify the priority tasks, the starting level, the tools and the constraints.

  3. The personalised proposal

You receive a scope, objectives, assessment methods and a quote.

  4. Your organisation’s space

Once agreed, the programme is delivered in a space reserved for your teams, with learning paths by role.

  5. Training and follow-up

Each employee progresses at their own pace. Results and support needs are monitored within the agreed framework.

Business diagnostic · by video call anywhere in the world

Your business can be anywhere in the world.

Our video-call diagnostic is available to any business, whatever its country: from 120 000 FCFA. In person ( from 256 000 FCFA), it is currently offered exclusively in the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo; other countries, notably France, will be opening soon. Every business is different (size, sites, scope): we agree the slot, location and arrangements with you. Any travel and accommodation costs are specified before confirmation.

The expected outcome

Useful skills. In your organisation.

Payment gives access to the training. Success and validation of learning are required for the certificate. The criteria are set out in your proposal.

Your profession becomes your training programme.

A real work task, an imperfect AI answer, a human check, a useful result: this is how every employee learns, on their own company's tasks.

ConstructionSite management · Pointe-Noire
  1. The task

Notes taken during the site meeting (G+3 building, Tié-Tié district): pouring of the floor 2 slab postponed to 18 September, the concrete pump has broken down. Mme Ngoma (purchasing) is chasing the supplier: 40 bags of cement are missing, to be delivered before Friday. Boris, team leader: two workers absent, he is asking for extra hands. Rain forecast on Tuesday.

  2. The prompt

“Turn these notes into meeting minutes: decisions, person responsible and deadline for each action, outstanding points. Do not add any information that is not in the notes.”

  3. The AI's answer

Minutes: 1) Pouring of the floor 2 slab postponed to 18 September (pump broken down). 2) Mme Ngoma is ordering 60 bags of cement, delivery Friday. 3) Next meeting Monday.

  4. The check

    • Quantity: the notes say 40 bags missing, not 60. The AI invented a figure.
    • “Next meeting Monday” appears nowhere in the notes: delete it.
    • Omissions: the extra hands requested by Boris and the rain forecast on Tuesday, which could jeopardise the pouring.
    • Limit: AI never validates a technical or safety decision (concrete, structure). That remains the role of a qualified professional.
  5. The deliverable

Checked minutes: pouring of the floor 2 slab postponed to 18 September (pump broken down) · responsible: M. Itoua, site management, to be confirmed depending on Tuesday’s weather. Cement: 40 bags missing, supplier chased by Mme Ngoma, delivery before Friday. Team: request from Boris for extra hands (2 absent), decision to be taken by site management. Outstanding point: repair date for the pump.

  6. The skill

Turn field notes into reliable minutes: decisions, people responsible, deadlines, inventing nothing, with omissions identified.

Success criterion: 0 invented information, 100 % of actions with a person responsible, omissions flagged.

FinanceSME accounting · Brazzaville
  1. The task

Monday cash journal (fictional): opening balance 250 000 FCFA; sales 185 000; purchase of supplies 42 500 (invoice no. 118); salary advance 30 000 (no supporting document); balance counted in the evening: 362 500 FCFA.

  2. The prompt

“Reconcile the day’s cash. Calculate the theoretical balance, compare it with the counted balance, and list the missing supporting documents. Show your calculations.”

  3. The AI's answer

    Theoretical balance: 250 000 + 185 000 − 42 500 − 30 000 = 372 500 FCFA. The counted balance (362 500) matches. All supporting documents are present.

  4. The check

    • Recalculation: 250 000 + 185 000 − 42 500 − 30 000 = 362 500 FCFA. The AI was off by 10 000 in its calculation.
    • Yet it concludes that “it matches”: its conclusion does not follow from its own figure. Always redo the calculation.
    • The salary advance of 30 000 has no supporting document: a document is missing.
    • Limit: AI prepares a draft; it does not approve a payment, an accounting entry or a tax return.
  5. The deliverable

Checked reconciliation: theoretical balance 362 500 FCFA = counted balance 362 500 FCFA, no discrepancy. Missing document: signed slip for the salary advance of 30 000 FCFA, to be obtained from the recipient before closing.

  6. The skill

Check a calculation produced by AI, reject an unproven conclusion and spot missing documents.

Success criterion: calculation redone correctly, AI error explained, missing supporting document identified.

RetailPhone shop · Kinshasa
  1. The task

WhatsApp message from a customer: “Hello, how much is the model A phone in Congolese francs? Do you deliver to Limete?” Shop product sheet (fictional): model A, 120 USD; same-day delivery to Limete, 5 USD. No exchange rate is given on the sheet.

  2. The prompt

“Write a short, polite reply to the customer, based on the product sheet only.”

  3. The AI's answer

Hello! Model A costs 336 000 FC (120 USD) and delivery to Limete is free. Thank you for your trust!

  4. The check

    • 336 000 FC: the AI used an exchange rate it was not given. The day’s rate must come from the shop, with its date.
    • “Free delivery”: false, the sheet says 5 USD. An invented promise can be costly.
    • Tone and length: fine for WhatsApp.
  5. The deliverable

Hello! Model A is 120 USD. For the price in Congolese francs, we apply the day’s rate: I’ll confirm it right away. Same-day delivery to Limete: 5 USD. Would you like to reserve it?

  6. The skill

Write an accurate customer reply from the shop’s data, without inventing prices, rates or promises.

Success criterion: price and fees match the sheet, no assumed rate, message ready to send.
