Today, MOKILIX SAS officially launches its SIGNATURE Range: a sovereign AI suite made up of three packaged products designed for African organisations. This announcement marks the culmination of several months of R&D, technical partnerships and field validation.
Why now?
Three observations guided us:
- Consumer generative AI tools are no longer enough for organisations that handle sensitive data. The question of sovereignty has become central, particularly for public administrations.
- Africa's documentary heritage remains largely analogue. Without industrial-scale digitisation with evidential value, AI has nothing to work with.
- Senior management teams still steer largely by gut feeling. Building a real predictive dashboard is expensive and takes time — unless the approach is packaged.
Three products, three distinct needs
MOKILIX SCAN
Industrial-scale digitisation with evidential value. High-definition scanning, multilingual OCR (French + local languages), indexing and an electronic archiving system (EAS) compliant with NF Z42-013. Essential for national archives, notaries and business document collections.

MOKILIX ASSISTANT
A conversational AI assistant trained on your documents (RAG), hosted sovereignly. Web and mobile chat interface, SSO access control, complete logging. Your questions never leave your perimeter.
MOKILIX INTELLIGENCE
Predictive dashboard for senior management. Integration of data sources, data warehouse, business predictive models and smart alerts. Data-driven management finally becomes an everyday tool, not an 18-month project.
Our commitment: systematic transfer
All SIGNATURE products include a contractual transfer of skills: complete documentation, team training, source code handed over. No dependency on MOKILIX is created.
This stance is non-negotiable. We want African public administrations and companies to be in control of their tools. Sovereignty starts there.
What's next?
By the end of 2026, we plan:
- The launch of MOKILIX Academy as an intensive bootcamp (12 weeks) — 20 talented people per cohort
- A second wave of sovereign AI specialised by sector (healthcare, finance, public administration)
- A partnership with a Congolese university for initial training
