The check
- Quantity: the notes say 40 bags missing, not 60. The AI invented a figure.
- “Next meeting Monday” appears nowhere in the notes: delete it.
- Omissions: the extra hands requested by Boris and the rain forecast on Tuesday, which could jeopardise the pouring.
- Limit: AI never validates a technical or safety decision (concrete, structure). That remains the role of a qualified professional.

The AI's answer
Theoretical balance: 250 000 + 185 000 − 42 500 − 30 000 = 372 500 FCFA. The counted balance (362 500) matches. All supporting documents are present.
The check
- Recalculation: 250 000 + 185 000 − 42 500 − 30 000 = 362 500 FCFA. The AI was off by 10 000 in its calculation.
- Yet it concludes that “it matches”: its conclusion does not follow from its own figure. Always redo the calculation.
- The salary advance of 30 000 has no supporting document: a document is missing.
- Limit: AI prepares a draft; it does not approve a payment, an accounting entry or a tax return.
The deliverable
Checked reconciliation: theoretical balance 362 500 FCFA = counted balance 362 500 FCFA, no discrepancy. Missing document: signed slip for the salary advance of 30 000 FCFA, to be obtained from the recipient before closing.

The check
- 336 000 FC: the AI used an exchange rate it was not given. The day’s rate must come from the shop, with its date.
- “Free delivery”: false, the sheet says 5 USD. An invented promise can be costly.
- Tone and length: fine for WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Does my loved one need to create an account?
No. They open the link, choose their country and payment method, and pay. The receipt is addressed to them; access opens on your account.
Can the amount change?
No. It is fixed when the link is created, in all three currencies (FCFA, dollar, euro). The link expires after 7 days; a new link uses that day’s price.
What happens if nobody pays?
Nothing. The link expires after 7 days, at no cost. You can also cancel it at any time.
And if the gift is never activated?
The code is valid for 90 days. As long as it has not been activated, the person who gave it can request a refund; on expiry, it is refunded automatically to the original payment method.
Can someone pay for a child?
Yes, for the Junior Path, always between adults: a parent makes the request to an adult they know, or receives the gift and activates it on their parent account. A child never asks for money and never receives a code.
How can I avoid scams?
MOKILIX never asks for a PIN code, a password or “activation fees”. A MOKILIX link is only for paying for a course, never for unlocking a prize. If in doubt, call the person, or report the link from its page.

The authenticity of every MOKILIX Academy certificate can be verified online, by anyone.
Every authenticated MOKILIX Academy certificate will be viewable in our public register, by its identifier or its QR code. Recruiters, businesses and individuals will be able to check its issuance and status, with no account and no payment. Verification open to everyone, to curb fake certificates and forged documents.

Class licences and packs
From CM1 to 4e, in public and private schools, in the Republic of the Congo, the DRC and the diaspora. The teacher projects the tutorial and leads the lesson; pupils play in groups, with no account and no individual screen. 45 to 55-minute sessions, photocopiable worksheets, offline mode, teacher's guide and class diplomas. Modules 1 to 3 free in class.

What we are often asked.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. This course is designed for anyone who is curious: market trader, student, civil servant, doctor, manager. No code, no formulas.
How long does it take?
About 7 h 30 in total, at your own pace. Lessons last 15 to 20 minutes and work very well on a phone.
How do I pay with Mobile Money?
In the Congo, choose MTN MoMo or Airtel Money; in the DRC, M-Pesa, Orange Money or Airtel Money. Enter your number, then confirm the payment request that appears on your phone with your PIN: you type it only on your phone, never on the website. In production, access will be unlocked after the provider confirms on the server side. Here, no payment is collected.
Is my data protected?
In this prototype, your progress stays in your browser. The commercial version will have to specify the processing, learners’ rights and the protection measures before its launch.
Is the certificate recognised?
All authenticated MOKILIX Academy certificates will be verifiable online by anyone, free of charge and with no account, using their identifier and QR code. This will make it possible to check the document’s issuance and status, to curb fake certificates. The public register has yet to be activated; here, verification covers local specimens. No university accreditation is claimed.
Can I give the training as a gift?
Yes, both ways: you can give a course (you pay, the beneficiary receives a code or an activation link), or ask a loved one to pay for you (they receive a link and pay with their own method). In this prototype, payments are simulated.
