  • Public rate on proof (operating authorisation or school code). The price depends on the school receiving the course, not on who pays (town hall, parents' association, business, NGO).
  • NGO: invoiced in euros; dollar calculated on the total.
  • NGO: teacher access is included in the price per child.
  • The teacher licence deduction applies only to a class licence or a pack.
  • Public procurement: purchase order, payment according to public accounting rules (to be confirmed).

Demonstration quote, with no contractual value: no licence is sold or activated on this prototype.

Terms

  • Access for 12 months from activation.

  • Prices excluding tax; the applicable VAT will be shown on the invoice.

  • Deposit on order (50 %): amount calculated on your quote; balance on delivery of access.

  • Public procurement: purchase order and public accounting rules (payment after service delivered possible), to be confirmed with the school.

  • NGO deliverables: attendance lists per session (head counts), class score before and after, activity report in the donor's format; no individual pupil data.

  • If the school recharges the activity to families, the public price of one level for one family (10 000 FCFA) serves as the reference ceiling.

  • Demonstration quote generated by the prototype: it has no contractual value and cannot be used as a pro forma invoice. A real quote is drawn up by the MOKILIX team.

Template to be adapted by the school

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Our school is offering your child's class the “AI for Kids” path from MOKILIX Academy, a digital education activity: understanding what artificial intelligence is, using it wisely, checking what it says and protecting one's information.

How it works

  • One session a week, in class, led by the teacher: projected tutorial, reading, group games, quiz on slates.

  • Pupils have no account, do not use an individual screen and do not open any AI tool.

  • The levels follow one another in order: Novice, then Advanced, then Expert.

Personal data

  • MOKILIX creates no account for your child and stores neither their name nor their answers: only the class's progress is kept.

  • At the end of a level, the class receives a MOKILIX participation diploma (not official). It bears at most the first name and the initial of the surname; it is printed by the school.

Your choice

If you do not want your child's first name to appear on their diploma, return the slip below: your child will receive a diploma with a blank line.

Slip to return to the teacher (optional)

  • I do not want my child's first name to appear on their diploma.
  • Pupil's name: …………………………… Class: …………… Parent's signature: ……………………

Questions from schools

Does our school need authorisation?

Present the activity to the head teacher and, if necessary, to the education inspectorate: a presentation file is provided. MOKILIX does not claim any ministerial approval.

Is a computer needed for each pupil?

No. One computer or phone for the teacher is enough, with a projector or a large screen if possible. Without a screen, the teacher reads the guide.

And without a connection, or during a power cut?

The text of the lessons, the guide and the worksheets can be downloaded as PDFs in advance. Downloadable animated tutorials are planned for the online version.

What data about pupils?

None. No pupil account. Tracking is done at class level: session completed, number present and class score, entered by the teacher if they wish.

How should parents be informed?

A template letter is provided, with a slip: a family can refuse to have their child's first name appear on the diploma; the child then receives a diploma with a blank line.

Per pupil or class licence: which to choose?

The content is the same. For each class, the calculator picks the cheapest plan: the class licence becomes worthwhile from 25 pupils.

Minimums and classes of more than 40 pupils?

Per-pupil plan: minimum of 20 pupils per level and per order (40 for public schools, 50 for NGOs). A class licence covers 40 pupils; beyond that, two are needed.

Can we start directly at Advanced level?

Only if the class has already completed Novice, even in a previous year, and the teacher confirms it. Otherwise, you start at Novice: the order is fixed.

From what age for the Expert level?

Recommended from 6e. Guide: Novice in CM1, Novice and Advanced in CM2, all three levels from 6e to 4e.

How long does it take?

One 45-minute session a week. Novice takes about one term, all three levels about one school year.

How does the class get its diplomas?

After the class passes the Big Challenge (11 correct answers out of 18, 12 out of 20 at Expert), each pupil who followed the level receives a MOKILIX participation diploma, not official, with no ranking.

How do we pay?

Bank transfer, Mobile Money (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money in the Congo; M-Pesa, Orange Money and Airtel Money in the DRC) or card. 50 % deposit on order for private schools, associations and NGOs; public procurement according to public accounting rules. Nothing is collected here.

Are prices excluding tax?

Yes. The applicable VAT is shown on the invoice. Transaction fees are paid by the buyer.

Who can pay?

The school, the parents' association, the town hall, a business or an NGO. The rate depends on the school receiving the course.

Is the teacher licence deductible?

Yes: a teacher licence bought less than 60 days ago is deducted from a class licence or a pack, once only.

How long does access last?

12 months from activation, renewable.

How can we try it for free?

Modules 1 to 3 of the Novice level are free in class: open the demonstration teacher space to download the guide and the worksheets.

Is this site a demonstration?

Yes: no licence is sold or activated, no payment is collected, and quotes have no contractual value.
