Terms of use.

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the mokilix.com site (hereinafter the “Site”), published by MOKILIX SAS, and the rights and obligations of users.

Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. MOKILIX SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of interruption, whether intentional or not, in particular for maintenance operations.

The user is personally responsible for putting in place the IT and telecommunications resources needed to access the Site. Connection and equipment costs related to Internet access and use of the Site are borne exclusively by the user.

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use and the legislation in force, and not to:

• Infringe the rights of MOKILIX SAS or third parties
• Distribute, from the Site, unlawful, defamatory content or content contrary to public order
• Attempt to access non-public parts of the Site
• Overload or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Carry out large-scale automated extraction of content

The Site, its structure, content, texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks and source code are the exclusive property of MOKILIX SAS or its partners, and are protected by the applicable intellectual property legislation.

The trademarks “MOKILIX” and “MOKILIX SAS”, as well as the names of the 12 packaged products (MOKILIX AUDIT IT, MOKILIX SHIELD, MOKILIX SCAN, MOKILIX ASSISTANT, MOKILIX INTELLIGENCE, etc.), are registered or in the process of being registered. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Linking to the Site is permitted provided that:

• Do not create confusion as to the source of the content
• Do not harm the brand's image
• Do not originate from a site whose content is contrary to the law

MOKILIX SAS reserves the right to request the removal of a link at any time.

MOKILIX SAS makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, MOKILIX SAS cannot be held responsible for:

• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the Site's content
• Direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Site or the inability to access it
• Unauthorised intrusion by third parties or the presence of viruses
• The content of third-party sites accessible via links

Commercial commitments are made only through contracts signed between MOKILIX SAS and the client.

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which complies with Law 29-2019 of the Republic of the Congo.

These Terms of Use are governed by Congolese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or termination shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo.

For users residing abroad, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence may also apply.
