MOKILIX SAS was born of a conviction and a commitment: to offer our African public administrations and companies a credible, demanding and sovereign alternative for their digital transformation.
OUR STORY
The idea for MOKILIX was born of an observation shared by leaders of Congolese public administrations and companies: the continent's major digital transformations are still managed and operated from abroad today, with a transfer of skills that is all too often merely symbolic.
We are founding MOKILIX SAS to fill this gap. A simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) under Congolese law, chaired by Rodrigue DEBI, we hold ourselves to one standard: delivering packaged products, clear timeframes and a genuine transfer of skills to African organisations.
Our tagline sums up the ambition: “African sovereign AI.”
VISION & MISSION
A digital Africa operated by its own players, with reliable local infrastructure, protected data and deep skills rooted in each country. We want national operators to be, within ten years, the default choice of the continent's public administrations and large companies.
To deliver to every Congolese and African client a packaged product, a stated timeframe, clear costing — and a genuine transfer of skills. To demonstrate, through the quality of execution, that African digital sovereignty is not only desirable but operationally achievable.
